Hotels in Waikiki:
Although
the wedding will be at Kualoa Ranch on the Windward side of O‘ahu,
you may also enjoy staying where most of the tourists do when coming
to Hawai‘i -- Waikiki. There are many hotels in the Waikiki area
and you could probably get a pretty good deal by booking an Air-Car
or Air-Car-Hotel package (I have good results with travelocity.com).
Other discount
online operations can deliver good results too... I have found several
decent ones on Orbitz
and Hotels.com.

Vacation
Rentals:
These
will be a good option for someone coming from off-island who wants to
stay in a nice location for somewhere around a week. (some places have
a minimum stay of 3 nights, others have a minimum of 1 week; see linked
websites for more info) Vacation rentals are often cheaper per person
than hotels (when you fill them up) and generally have a kitchen so
you would be able to save money by eating in rather than out.A quick
Google search for "Kualoa Vacation Rentals" revealed several
rentals near Kualoa Ranch... some are listed here:

Camping:
Unfortunately
the permits were all gone by the time we got there... so we will be
hiring a school bus to transport people instead. Email Rachel
if you want to ride the bus.
A good
option for those who don't mind sleeping on a pad in a tent in exchange
for free accomodations! A permit (free) will be needed from the City
& County of Hawaii Parks & Rec dept. Email Rachel
if you want help getting a permit.
Kualoa
Beach Park:
Right across the street from Kualoa Ranch where the ceremony and reception
will be held. We liked the campsites at Area A better as they seemed
more secluded, but Area B is nice too. One drawback: the gates close
at 8pm... we could always get around that by leaving some vehicles inside
the gate and using them to shuttle people to their campsite after the
party.
